About Grateful Gongs
Music has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My journey into sound meditation began with singing bowls, but everything changed when I acquired a 20-inch Flower of Life wind gong. From that moment, I was captivated by the depth, resonance, and immersive nature of gong sound.
What started as a personal exploration quickly grew into a passion. Today, my collection includes more than a dozen gongs along with singing bowls, crystal instruments, bells, chimes, and other sound tools that create rich and engaging sound experiences.
For the past three years, I've been facilitating sound baths throughout the Carolinas, creating spaces where people can relax, unplug from daily stress, and experience the powerful effects of sound and vibration. Two years ago, I founded Grateful Gongs to share these experiences with a wider community through public events, private sessions, retreats, and special gatherings.
No two sound baths are ever the same. Each experience is shaped by the instruments, the environment, and the energy of the moment. My goal is simple: to create an atmosphere where people can slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with themselves through sound.
Thank you for being part of the journey.
